Your insurance company is the actually provider of insurance that will pay out in the event of a covered loss. When we help you file a claim, we are actually providing the claim information to the insurance company that then reviews the insurance you purchased against the claimed damage.

This is a very tricky question and one we get asked all the time. Because we are not the insurance company, we do not have the right to determine whether or not your claim will be covered. The end decision for each claim is determined based on the insurance coverage you purchased, your claims adjuster, and any third party (public adjuster, lawyers, etc) involved in processing your claim. Also, we can often provide an indication of whether or not a given claim might be covered in the event of a covered loss based on our experience - but the end determination is always provided by the insurance company once all pertinent claim information has been reviewed.
