Connie

Connie is a Personal Lines Account Manager at Sterling Insurance Group, helping individuals and families protect their homes, vehicles, and personal assets with thoughtfully designed coverage. She works with clients in Boston as well as year‑round and seasonal residents on Martha’s Vineyard and throughout the Cape and Islands.

With 10 years of client service experience, Connie is known for her patient, detail‑oriented approach to explaining coverage options, reviewing policies, and making sure clients understand how their insurance will respond when it matters most. Before joining Sterling, she worked in public benefits, a background that sharpened her instinct for advocacy and clear communication around complex programs.

At Sterling, Connie focuses on auto and home insurance, including coastal and second‑home policies that require a nuanced understanding of carriers, deductibles, and wind and flood considerations in island and waterfront communities. She is currently working toward her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation as she continues to deepen her expertise in personal lines.

Outside of work, Connie enjoys exploring local food spots, spending time with family, and staying connected to the communities she serves across Boston and Martha’s Vineyard
